Alconost is on a mission to help digital products speak the language of their users. We localize software, games, apps, and websites into 120+ languages — and now we're expanding into AI Data Services. We're looking for a Business Development Representative to find partners and clients for this new direction.
This is a remote, full-time role for someone who loves the hunt — finding the right people, starting real conversations, and opening doors that lead to deals.
👀 Who We're Looking For
You're an extrovert who thrives on outreach. You don't just write good emails — you actually pick up the phone and talk. You can research a prospect, figure out what they need, and pitch a solution in under a minute. You're not afraid of cold outreach, and you understand that 'no' is just the beginning of a conversation.
You're technically curious — you know what GitHub is, you're not intimidated by developers, and you get the basics of how AI and data work together. You don't need hand-holding: give you a target, and you'll figure out how to reach it.
🚀 We'd love to meet you if you:
- Have experience in B2B business development, sales, or partnerships
- Speak and write fluent English — spoken English is a must, not optional
- Can independently research markets, companies, and decision-makers
- Know how to craft outreach that gets replies (cold emails, LinkedIn, calls)
- Are technically literate — you understand GitHub, APIs, and AI/ML basics
- Are self-driven, organized, and comfortable with short daily standups
- Have experience selling tech services, data services, or AI-related products (a plus)
- Can work across time zones and adapt to async communication
🎯 What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential partners and buyers for AI Data Services
- Run independent outreach campaigns — emails, LinkedIn, calls
- Qualify leads and set up intro meetings with decision-makers
- Participate in short daily standups to sync on progress and priorities
- Collaborate with the team to refine positioning and messaging
- Track your pipeline and report on key metrics
- Stay on top of the AI data market — who's buying, what they need, where the gaps are
